I'm Ali Martín Filsoof, an award-winning Design Director currently working at Phenomenon in Los Angeles. Prior to that, I was Art Director/Designer for Toth+Co, Vitro, FCB, and PVH.

I have a diverse background having worked in the graphic design, fashion, and advertising industries all around the country and am a hands-on, highly collaborative creative leader with experience across identity, branding, advertising, packaging, and digital design. I fundamentally believe that thoughtful design must be rooted in simplicity, if a solution is too complex it will get lost in the chaos. 

I have worked with a wide variety of global clientele including American Express, Procter & Gamble, Marriott, ASICS, Michael Kors, Calvin Klein, Diane von Furstenberg and many incredible startups including Quibi, Blue Headphones, CC15, Hensely, Skyvest, St. Jane Hotel, Seraphina Therapeutics, Stampede Ventures, Wildness, Will, and Wonder.

My work contributed to Phenomenon being named Ad Age’s “Small Agency of the Year” and I currently sit on the Board of Directors for AIGA Los Angeles

Beyond design and advertising, I am involved in several passion projects which allow me to exercise my curiosity while using the tools and knowledge acquired through my professional experience. 

To unwind, I'm a person who loves to live the Anthony Bourdain lifestyle having traveled to over 100+ cities all around the world, taking inspiration from all facets of life.
